Strive for Wellness®, MCHCP's wellness program, is designed to encourage members to get and stay healthy. The program offers voluntary activities, health educator exhibits, an annual 5K event and more including lower medical premiums for participation in the health incentive programs.
MCHCP is constantly evaluating the best way to communicate with its members. MCHCP currently utilizes Google’s YouTube service to host informational videos. We understand that not all state agencies allow content from YouTube through their approved content web filters. Please see your respective IT department for help in gaining access to our video content or review them from a device connected by a non-state internet service provider.
Support health, wellness, and community while supporting the Missouri State Employee Charitable Campaign. Walk or run solo, or participate with friends, family, or coworkers. Complete your 5K anytime, anywhere during the month of September.
Lace up your shoes and help make this year’s event a success! Registration is open July 13 - Aug 14.
