- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil (more for garnish, if desired)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage (more for garnish, if desired)
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions (more for garnish, if desired)

Directions
- Bring water to boil in a medium-sized pot. Add cauliflower, cover and cook for 12 minutes (or until tender). Drain and set aside.
- Add olive oil and garlic to a small skillet, and heat over low heat. Cook garlic until it begins to brown around the edges, stirring occasionally.
- Once cauliflower and garlic are fully cooked, transfer both to a food processor and add pepper. Blend until your desired texture is reached.
- Transfer product to a bowl, and stir in sage and green onions. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle on desired garnishes and serve immediately.
