  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (optional)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  • Cut the French bread loaf in half lengthwise. Spread barbecue sauce evenly over each half then sprinkle about three-fourths of the mozzarella evenly across the bread.

  • Spread chicken and red onion evenly over both halves and top with remaining cheese.
  •  
  • Bake in oven for about 12-17 minutes, or until cheese is melted and starts to turn golden.
  •  
  • Allow pizza to cool and then top pizza with cilantro. Slice and serve.
