Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients:

4 boneless pork chops, 3/4 to 1-inch thick
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 40 degrees F. Lightly grease the baking dish.
  2. Place pork chops in baking dish and brush with olive oil.
  3. In a small bowl, stir together salt, black pepper, smoked paprika and onion powder. Season both sides of the pork chops with the seasoning mix.
  4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145-160℉ depending on your doneness preference.
