Welcome to employment with the State of Missouri!
All new employees must enroll in MCHCP medical, dental and vision benefits through the Statewide Benefit Enrollment System (SEBES). If you are a recent hire and have not received a temporary PIN for access to SEBES, contact your Human Resource or Payroll representative immediately.
Take time to browse this Web site to maximize your benefits provided through MCHCP. After you have enrolled through SEBES, visit myMCHCP, our member-only site, to view personal benefit information, update demographics, complete the Personal Health Analysis (PHA), and make changes to your coverage during Open Enrollment.
Important Enrollment Tips
- You must enroll in or waive medical, dental and vision coverage through SEBES.
- Enrollment must be completed within 31 days of your hire date.
- Your effective date is based on your enrollment date.
- You must submit proof of eligibility for dependent coverage.
- Double deductions may be taken to pay for your first month's coverage depending upon your enrollment date. Subsequent premiums are payroll deducted.
