Late
Entrants
(This section only applies to Active
Employees)
You and/or your dependents are considered late entrants
if one of the following
occurs:
- You waive your right to insurance when you are first
eligible.
- You do not enroll your eligible dependents.
- You drop coverage on yourself or your dependents throughout
the year.
You may enroll yourself and/or dependents in one of the
MCHCP plans during the annual Open Enrollment period for coverage
to be effective the following January 1. To enroll, complete
the Open Enrollment Worksheet for yourself and/or eligible
dependents or enroll through myMCHCP.
