Eligibility

If you are a retired, terminated vested, COBRA subscriber (as prescribed by law), or survivor, you may participate with MCHCP as long as your Public Entity participates with MCHCP. If your entity discontinues coverage through MCHCP, you are no longer eligible to participate.
