Thank you for your interest in employment with Missouri Consolidated Health Care Plan (MCHCP). Part of the mission of MCHCP is to maintain a high quality and knowledgeable workforce. The Human Resources department is charged with the administration of this responsibility and we accomplish this through a highly competitive and fair selection process. The MCHCP consists of 80 full-time positions, representing 9 functional areas and 40 job classifications.

Application Process
When job vacancies occur, notices of these openings are publicized in various media, including, but not limited to: local newspapers, professional publications, state agency HR email lists, job notice bulletin boards and internet locations including this website. Job postings or job descriptions can be obtained by contacting the Human Resources Department. However, resumes and applications are accepted only when vacancies occur and must be submitted directly to HR for consideration during current recruitment searches. These must be submitted within the established timeline listed on the job posting notice.

MCHCP maintains a low employee turnover of approximately 4% per year, thus opportunities are somewhat limited. Applications/resumes are kept on file for a period of one year from the date received.
