myVoice Panel

The myVoice Panel (MVP) is MCHCP's advisory committee for active and retired state employees. The MVP learns about MCHCP and advises the organization regarding how the plan will impact members.

Participants are asked to share their opinions on a range of topics, including MCHCP benefits, plan design and communications. Individual issues and personal health information (PHI) will not be discussed. The MVP meets two to three times annually in Jefferson City. Committee members are not compensated for participation; however, MCHCP reimburses members for mileage at the state fleet mileage rate. Participants may be required to take annual or compensatory leave to attend the meetings.
