Service Complaints
If you have concerns or problems with any
of the health care plans available
through MCHCP, contact the plan’s Customer Service Department.
This refers to situations in which you are not receiving services
in a satisfactory manner (i.e., you have not received an ID card
from the health plan or you were charged more than the required
copayment amount). For members in the south central and southwest
regions, if you are enrolled in a fully-insured plan, you also have
the option of contacting the Missouri Department of Insurance, Financial
Institutions & Professional Registration (DIFP)
at any time. DIFP has no regulatory authority over self-insured
plans.
