If you have concerns or problems with any of the health care plans
available through MCHCP, contact
the plan’s Customer Service Department. This refers to
situations in which you are not receiving services in a satisfactory
manner (i.e., you have not received an ID card from the health plan
or you were charged more than the required copayment amount). You
also have the option of contacting the Missouri Department of Insurance
Financial Institutions & Professional Registration (DIFP)
at any time.
If the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction, call MCHCP’s
