MCHCP members can receive a FREE seasonal flu vaccine and H1N1 vaccine at a network physician’s office. MCHCP also covers live, attenuated influenza vaccine (e.g., FluMist) for members ages 2 to 18 years when influenza immunization is recommended by their physicians.
When a shot is obtained somewhere else, shots are reimbursed up to $25. Here’s how you can receive reimbursement from your 2010 medical plans:
