Missouri Consolidated Health Care Plan (MCHCP) has released a Request for Proposals for Health Plan Administrator(s) and High Deductible Health Plan Administrator(s). MCHCP is working with HighRoads, an online RFP system, in marketing this RFP. All proposals must be submitted through this online process.
